U.S. M50 Reising SMG 20 Rnd. Replica Dummy Magazine
Product Description
This Reising Model 50 .45 ACP replica dummy magazine is a faithful, museum-quality reproduction molded directly from an original. Made from durable, solid black plastic resin and sized exactly like the original 20-round magazine, its finish closely matches the factory blued appearance so it looks genuine when carried in ammo belts, stock pouches, or displayed in collections.
Ideal for costume designers, reenactors, cosplay enthusiasts, museum exhibits, and film/prop use where an original is impractical, illegal, or too valuable to risk. An affordable, historically accurate addition to any impression or display.
Important: This is a non-functional replica — it will not hold or feed live ammunition.

Historical Background
The .45 ACP Reising Submachine Gun was designed and patented in 1940 by Eugene Reising and produced by the Harrington & Richardson (H&R) Arms Company of Worcester, Massachusetts. Three primary variants were developed: the Model 50 with a fixed stock, the Model 55 with a folding stock for paratroopers and Marines, and the semiautomatic Model 60 rifle.
Over 100,000 Reisings were produced during World War II and issued primarily to the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard. Some were also supplied to Allied forces — including Canada, the Soviet Union, and others — to aid in the fight against the Axis powers.
